Kelsey Valentine is a first-year MBA student at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Before attending business school, she led Business Development for Fabric Genomics, a bioinformatics startup in Oakland, CA. Prior to her business development role she ran Operations, building out the company’s processes and operations as the company scaled through two rounds of venture funding. As a Fellow at the Institute for Education, Kelsey co-founded a computer science and coding summer camp, CS@SC Summer Camps, at the University of Southern California that exposes underrepresented student populations in grades K-12 to STEM principles. She is a Forté Fellow at Kellogg and was selected a first-year director for the Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Club and the Healthcare Club. Kelsey graduated from the University of Southern California in 2013 with majors in Environmental Science and Political Science.
